Description
Aurorix (Moclobemide) is an antidepressant medication, which acts on the central nervous system to treat depression, as well as social phobia. It is a widely held belief in the medical community that this medicine acts on certain chemicals in the brain (called amines), and these chemicals play an important role in controlling the mood, thereby helping to treat depression. This drug is in a class of medicines referred to as reversible inhibitors of monoamine oxidase A (RIMA).
