Erekton ULTRA (D-aspartic Acid/Fenugreek Extract/Maca Root Extract/Oat Extract/Zinc/L-arginine/Guarana Extract/Vitamin B6) is intended for use in adult men to boost their virility and libido. Some people have even taken it as an erectile dysfunction treatment. The zinc contained in this supplement may help with fertility, as it has been shown to improve sperm motility and production, and a considerable amount of people have taken zinc supplements to increase their sperm count.

Mild stimulants may also have a positive effect on sexual performance, and for this reason, guarana (paullinia cupana) extract is added. This plant is common in Brazil and contains caffeine, theophylline and theobromine. It is a frequently used as an additive in energy drinks and food supplements and is popular for its energy increasing effects. PrecautionsTribulus terrestris may possibly worsen certain medical conditions affecting the prostrate, including prostate cancer and BPH (benign prostate hypertrophy).
